My Promise

I can promise you that my home inspections are not a “joke.” They are professional and thorough. I put on my “inspectors face” and get going. At 51 years old, 6’1” and 190 lbs, I can still fit through one cement block. So more than likely I can inspect your crawlspace!! Maybe someday I will gain 50 lbs then I won’t have to do them! HA! Just kidding!! There hasn’t been a roof yet that I couldn’t get up on due to steepness or snow, that I couldn’t do at least a partial roof inspection. I test for carbon monoxide and all accessible gas fittings, (time permitting), for FREE. I will inspect stoves, dishwashers, cooktops, dryers, microwaves, and ovens for functionality-not performance-if time allows-for FREE. (Appliance inspections are not a required part of an Indiana State Licensed home inspection or an ASHI inspection-nor is carbon monoxide testing or using gas leak detectors for that matter either.)

When it’s all said and done, I will have done what is said in my report!! Reports are ready 99% of the time late at the end of the next day. Happy House Hunting!!! Calvin
